This repair service is backed up by a 12 months warranty. The warranty ONLY applies to the cost of parts. We take no responsibility for any additional labor or storage charges incurred if a part fails during your warranty period. Additionally, a motor reset or re-initialization is not warranted. This safety feature of your smart window motor must be done by your mechanic. In the event of this item failing due to manufacturing defects during intended used, we will repair the part, FREE of charge (excludes shipping charges) for the original purchaser. Note: any modifications to your window regulator of any kind will void all warranties coverage.
Note: We only rebuild original equipment parts. If you have modified or rebuilt your window regulator before please let us know ahead of time. In any event that your part is not rebuildable for any circumstance, we will ship it back at no charge. Thank you in advance!

Shipping and Billing
We can only accept payment from, and ship to, CONFIRMED by PayPal Addresses only. Please make sure your billing and shipping address are matching before you buy. Weekend purchases will be mailed out on the next business day. Our regular shipping method for this item is ground USPS first class mail. We ship to all 50 states in the U.S. and Puerto Rico.

Diagnosing a faulty window regulator can be tricky when a power window fails. Therefore, make sure your window motor is working when you press your up and down window switch. It means your master switch and window motor are in good working condition even though your door glass does not rise or move at all.
